I want cancel my account

I unskip things they il me 6.00 and then skip my deliveries I have to call then they try to bill u a week head they say u can unskilled then u pay go back and check te company done already skipped it again and your suppose to wait for the next one 2 weeks u can't even get a date before that it's crazy please cancel my count ..thank you

this is by far the worst company to do business with, they don't inform you that you are past due nor do they even email invoices. when i call customer service they don't even help, they pretty much say your screwed and don't help at all.

Repeated cancellations and incomplete deliveries

We have been with this company for about 2-3 years. Initially, their service was good to acceptable.

Recently, though, things have changed for the worse. Delivery staff not delivering as instructed, incomplete deliveries, cancelled deliveries, and a call center staffed to give you canned responses that usually result in nothing, instead of completing your order.

Recently, I had the opportunity to speak to someone in the escalation department, and found out that the contract between them and Nestle has ended, and our beloved products like San Pellegrino, Perrier, and Acqua Panna will no longer be sold by ReadyRefresh. I suggested that these items should then be removed from their website, instead of dangling carrots in front of their customers, only to let them down on delivery day. Repeatedly!

I will reconsider renewing my annual membership with them going forward.

If you are looking for bulk water delivery, they may be ok. If you prefer the bottled or canned products variety classics, you're on your own now, as many companies excel at price gouging for these items now.

Charged a cleaning service to my card that I did not approve. Said a reverse charge would take place in 24 to 48 hrs.

3 rd day has not happened.

When calling about problem always says system is down. Extremely upset.

Left water @ the top of our driveway, on street, as long as I have been a customer this is the first time water was not brought to our front door, very upset, no reason for this, my Husband is 89 Years old & you have made this very difficult, it is unacceptable, if continues I will have to cancel my account. Delivery issue

On delivery day I put all empty bottles outside and waited whole day and late afternoon received notification that delivered but actually noting delivered or picked and was keep checking till next day and have to bring empty bottles inside.

Found a plastic bag and iron rod in the bottle can

I used to order 5 cans for every 15 days. Recently i found a plastic bag and cap and iron rod in it.I have sent an email to Ready refresh on the issue. They never responded me back. Also i took pictures of it as well. This is happend in USA , i wont beleive it.

For 20 dollar credit new customer

Carlos came to my home and I purchased water from him. He told me that since I was a sams club member I would be credited 20 dollars back to my account. I was only suppose to paid 14.98 because of a promotion. He did not have to lie to get a sale and I think it is very unprofessional. Im not sure what to believe now concerning ready refresh.

Does not pick up empties when delivering.

Delivered but left 5 empty water bottles today, again. I do not have apartment space to store empties that should have been picked up. Last time this happened, I had to wait until the next delivery date for the empty bottles to be picked up. By that time, I had 8 empties. Do I need to I need to request that the empties be removed?
