Verified ReviewerRepeated cancellations and incomplete deliveries
We have been with this company for about 2-3 years. Initially, their service was good to acceptable.
Recently, though, things have changed for the worse. Delivery staff not delivering as instructed, incomplete deliveries, cancelled deliveries, and a call center staffed to give you canned responses that usually result in nothing, instead of completing your order.
Recently, I had the opportunity to speak to someone in the escalation department, and found out that the contract between them and Nestle has ended, and our beloved products like San Pellegrino, Perrier, and Acqua Panna will no longer be sold by ReadyRefresh. I suggested that these items should then be removed from their website, instead of dangling carrots in front of their customers, only to let them down on delivery day. Repeatedly!
I will reconsider renewing my annual membership with them going forward.
If you are looking for bulk water delivery, they may be ok. If you prefer the bottled or canned products variety classics, you're on your own now, as many companies excel at price gouging for these items now.

Charged a cleaning service to my card that I did not approve. Said a reverse charge would take place in 24 to 48 hrs.
3 rd day has not happened.
When calling about problem always says system is down. Extremely upset.
