Im on auto pay. First month was fine. Second bill they didnt take until after it was late, then did auto deduct with $20 late fee. Also, they put me down for 2 consecutive days for delivery. I got text & email for each. Couldnt change on their site (too late) and they dont take calls. Man showed up this morning with 4 more 5 gallon bottles! Id left a note on my door, NO MORE WATER, so he didnt leave it. I am trying to cancel. Ill go back to my Zero One home filtering jug.

I like talking to human beings, not machines Why should I write 100 words when 8 words will do? Another reason machines dont work for customer service.

Horrible customer service

I have been complaining about the same thing for over a year now. They do not abide by the delivery instructions and fail to pick up the empty bottles. apparently they can not reach out to the delivery person directly to fix this problem. We go round and round. Horrible communication. I am going to suspend my account. Anyone else have this experience?

Forgotten delivery

This is the second month my water has been delayed and rescheduled at least two or more days after the originally scheduled delivery date. Today is finally delivery day. I set the last bottle outside about 7:00 AM this morning when I left home about 10:00 AM I noticed that the water bottles had been picked up. However, they forgot to leave my water. Now we have no water and wouldnt you know it? Customer service is closed, I think its time to find a new water delivery company.

Pick up your stuff

I cant get ahold of anyone to tell you cancel my account and come pick up your equipment . Technology sucks especially if your 59 years old just come get your stuff and tell me what I owe

Complaint!!

Does any one ever read complaints? I've written to you twice this last month and got no response for either time,

or I writting on the wrong complaint form?

I asked that someone drop off 1 jug and pick up my empties. Yes I did miss the last pick up and forgot to put my empties out due to having to be some where in a hurry in the morning and that's my fault but since then I wrote twice and got no answer or action. Someone did change my next del. from March to Feb.

but no del. or empty pickup. My next del. and p/u is now feb.15th but I wont have enough water and I am now up to 12 empties with jugs all over the place.

With all the choices under "ready refresh" I don't know which one is the right one to leave

a message? Either I'm picking the wrong one or I'm being ignored, It might be me I am an old person and not that great on a computer. Can some one at least drop 1 Jug off so I'll have water then you can p/u my empties on 2/15/23 if you have enough for 12+MT jugs.

So it costs $75 if RR cleans a dispenser but its free to have the dispenser replaced with a new one. The caveat is getting these guys on the phone, its not easy. Im actually on hold with them now because they dont staff well enough to have good customer service. If you cant pay your peeps, your business model doesnt work.

Company is always re scheduling the delivery. Multiple time I had my family with no water as they did not make delivery as schedule. But a day or 2 days later. Sick. And tire of it. Can't deal with this. Rather get the water myself.

When can talk to them, service is good. Automated system needs changes.The automation is frustrating and it needs adjusted. The reps are good-hearted you can talk to one. Also, please improve your delivery process, it lacks accuracy. Very frustrating and time consuming.

Bad service

Bad customer service the CSR play games on the phone. Managers don't return phone calls I've been waiting since CSR with the accent request a return call. CSR want to be managers and falsely noting the account. All calls are monitored *** manger, lead don't review calls.
