ReadyRefresh - Let the buyer beware
I purchased a water (hot and cold) dispenser from Ready Fresh by Nestles. after several months it quit working, I called and they delivered a replacement unit.
Now it has failed too, get no cold water and the pump or compressor runs almost continually. I called to complain and get a replacement. That is when I found out that the warranty replacement is covered only from the ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHAS. I had the replacement unit for only a few months until the problem with no cold water.
The replacement unit I received was new in the box, but to this company that don't matter. The warranty on the replacement dispenser started several months before I even got it, i.e.; when I made m the original purchase.
The 1 year grantee don't mean diddly squat for the replacement, NEW unit comes with only a 30 day warranty. That makes no since to me, I complained but to no avail.
BTW I usually purchase 3 t0n4 five gallon bottle of water a month.
They have just announced there will be a price increase of $2.00 per bottle PLUS an $1.00 increase in delivery charges. BYE BYE Ready Fresh!
