Over last few months they have rescheduled delivery appointments several times. They keep saying that they have delivery challenges in certain parts of the country and that this is a known issue from top of the executive chain down to the folks in the trenches. The call handlers can't seem to do anything about it.
As an example, for the month of June, they have already rescheduled my delivery from 6/1 > 6/8 > 6/11 > 6/12. Thats 3x rescheduled delivery on their website a few times and we haven't even hit mid-month yet.
I told them if they reschedule once more I will be cancelling all together which really sucks as I've had fairly reliable service since 2005!
