Pure Life water. How much sodium is in your water?

I was not aware that there was sodium in the water until I read the label. Noticed headache after drinking a few bottles of the water.

This is not good if your hypertensive or not. I believe the bottle should be labeled with the sodium content for safety purposes.

The Nestle Pure Life 2018 Water Analysis Report is available on the Bottle Water Quality Reports tab on the company website. According to this report, sodium is described as follows:
  • reporting limit: 1
  • FDA SOQ/EPA MCL: Not listed in State of Federal drinking water regulations.
  • Nestle Pure Life Purified Water With Minerals: 5-8.9
  • Nestle Pure Life Drinking Water: 4.2
  • Nestle Pure Life Sparkling Spring Water: 3.28


Please note that all units in mg/l or parts per million. FDA SOQ - Standard of Quality, and EPA MCL - Minimum Reporting Limit. The results of the company bottled water quality reports are updated annually, following the EPA water quality standards for community water system reporting. The reports are available on the company websites and can also be obtained by calling the 800 number listed on each of their bottled water labels.
