Readyrefresh - Horrible customer service

We have been Ready Refresh customers for at least a decade. We have overlooked price increases and inconsistent delivery. But now they charge $3 a month for the honor of receiving a hard-copy bill? I’m done. Time to find another one after delivery company.

Readyrefresh - Terrible customer service

They bill you whenever they want even after you request to be billed on a certain day. They deliver whenever they want or not. And even after you pay your bill you still can’t get water delivery. They tell you that you have to wait 24 to 48 hours. That was almost 2 weeks ago !! Request they come get the cooler and bottles was told no they couldn’t do that either. Unbelievable!!!

Readyrefresh - Lack of customer service

Scheduled a day/time to replace a defective water cooler. I place two calls to remind them to call me 15 min before they arrived. They did not call and when I arrived 5 minutes later they had already left. Called and asked them to come back or I would cancel my contract with them. They never came back or called. They truly don’t care that they lost a long time customer.

Readyrefresh - Outrageous raising of prices

I have been a 3 year customer and they raise rates about every 6 months. This time they are raising it $2.00 so I would be paying $10.50 for one 5 gallon bottle of water. You would think they would want to hang onto long term customers. I will be giving my money to a different conpany which values the people they serve.

Readyrefresh - Outrageous raising rates

I have been with Nestle for more then three years. They up the price of the bottles about every 6 months. This time they are wanting to raise it another $2.00. I would be paying $10.50 for a 5 gallon bottle. You would think they would want to hold onto the customers thatvhave been with then for awhile. Im going to give my money to a different comapny who values their customers.
