ReadyRefresh wrongly charged us for servicing our water cooler, despite it being part of our service plan. When we contacted them, they assured us of a credit.
However, during the subsequent water delivery, their system failed to apply the credit, leading to an overdraft in our bank account. Despite the assurances from a manager, promising a delivery within two days, along with three complimentary bottles of water and a refund for the erroneous charge, none of these commitments were honored. Three days later, we received neither water nor a refund.
This isn't the first time we've experienced issues with ReadyRefresh, but this incident has been especially disappointing. Their management's lack of integrity and consistent failure to fulfill contractual obligations make them a service to avoid at all costs they are not to be trusted.

I moved away from Arizona in May 2023. I cancelled my service with ReadyRefresh on 4/21/23 and received a confirmation as well as a pickup confirmation for 5/2/23.
I left all the equipment and remaining bottles outside for two days, but a driver never showed up. Since then, I have been invoiced every month.
They sent a dispute to collections for the equipment they failed to pick up. I couldn't wait any longer because I was leaving the state. They don't have a drop location, otherwise I would have dropped it off.
The company is still invoicing me, while other charges were sent to collections.
They say I am in arrears, but they keep billing me for service. It is 2024 and I am still being invoiced.
- Deliver what they say they will deliver
- You will never stop paying a monthly fee
Preferred solution: CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! Also, I would like to be reimbursed for the fees charged to my account after I received a cancellation confirmation.

Operations have done great, no complaints on deliveries. However, I CANNOT CANCEL THE ACCOUNT!!
I have sent two messages through their website, which they acknowledged via an autoresponder. However, there has been no cancellation! I have called during their stated normal business hours (800-274-****) and I can never reach a person. They say "we are currently closed, please call during normal business hours" - this is exactly what I have done but never an answer from an agent.
It seems deliberate on their part to make it difficult to cancel.
This approach is sinister and I lose respect for the company, even though they have executed well on deliveries. If for some reason you want to cancel, good luck!!

I quit my account a month ago. Customer service told me nobody could be out to pick up the machine and jugs until about a month later on until December 15 2023 December 15th was canceled.
It was rescheduled a week before Christmas that too was canceled. December 27th, and you guessed it the 28th was canceled. The driver keeps lying saying nobody was home. Which is false.
I was home all day on purpose because I have to let them in. My gate only opens with a remote that the customer has. And it IS noted on my account to CALL CUSTOMER to be let in. But they NEVER CALL they just put NOBODY WAS HOME.
Thats a lie. I have cameras on MY DOOR to prove nobody came to my door if they some how got in without my help. So why lie why not just call like it says.??? Then when i call i keep getting the run around transferred here then there & we are so sorrys.
No yall not because if so why does it keep happening over and over. Wasting my Unreplaceable time waiting around for folks who just cancel the pickup/delivery whatever you want to call it.
Not to mention yall charging my institution for money for a machine that not even being used. And yall refuse to take back?!?
