ReadyRefresh - Terrible service
A few months ago they refused to pick up empties unless I ordered more. If I left two empties out with note saying I did not need replacements they left two replacements anyway or would not take my empties.
Then a about two weeks ago they called asking why I had not paid last bill. I said I hadnโt received it. My office has been at same location for over 24 years. I pay within week of receiving, usually same day.
Then a week later I get bill charging me a late fee of $20.00!! It said โoriginal invoice was returned undeliverable by post office.....โ. I did not pay same day, last Thursday, 2/22/18 because in calling the co. they on a recording said due to volume, etc.
they couldnโt take calls. I called Friday, Saturday, Monday, and today, 2/27/18 and get same recoding from two different Ready Refresh noโs. I want to cease their services but they wonโt pick up bottles without my ordering more and can not reach them. I have lost sleep over this and believe they may have made up the story about my invoice undeliverable.
Terrible crooked company. When owned by Ice Mountain I never had an issue once.
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Preferred solution: Deduct late charge, pick up empties, do not leave more water and instruct on how to cease relationship and get $12.00 x 10 empties.
ReadyRefresh Cons: Everything is terrible.
