I purchased a dispenser and 4 jugs of water. I signed up for the jugs of water to be delivered on a recurring monthly basis.

They started charging my credit card the same amount as the original purchase of the dispenser, so essentially I was paying for the dispenser over and over, thatโ€™s over $200 monthly charge. The toll free customer service number is a joke, nobody answers. Their email contact is the same. All goes ignored.

So they make you a prisoner to their unlawful charges with no means of contacting the company to remedy the crime.

I am currently in contact with their office in Connecticut to get this resolved. They need to be shut down by the Better Business Bureau.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

JUST GOT A DELIVERY, THEY PICKED UP JUGS AND DELIVERED BOTTLES OF WATER. TALKING ABOT THEY CANT DELIVER FOR ANOTHER SEVEN DAYS WHAT DO WE DRINK

Horrible service! Delivery is always rescheduled on the day of delivery and I end up going to the store and buying water because I am out of water.

Ridiculous and Unacceptable!

They have increased their prices and their customer service has gone downhill. Will be cancelling service

Trying to move to another state and canโ€™t bring water cooler in car but there is no customer service at all! Have sent several emails in regards of picking up the cooler but no one will help and I need to leave!!!!!

I just started with promotion but they never issue any contract document and you cant reach them on the phone.

I canceled a delivery and they delivered it anyway then listed it as an unpaid invoice they have terrible customer service!

I realized I was paying for the dispenser for several years and also they kept raising the rent fee. I claimed them about this problem they don't figure it out.

they don't response any.

I have no way to refund this. :(

I was a good paying customer of Poland Springs, then Ready Refresh, for over 20 years. I stuck with them through all of the price increases.

But then, they decided to bill med another $3 for the privilege of receiving a paper bill, that was the end. I told them to pick up their overpriced equipment, that was not working properly anyway, they replaced a leaking machine with a refurbished one that didn't chill the water and ignored my complaints So I now have Crystal Springs , which provided a new machine at 1/4 the price. They sent me a refund check for the balance of machine rental. Yesterday, I received an invoice from them showing the refund, a zero balance due , and a $3 charge for sending the bill!!!

I called up customer service, waited over 20 minutes for a representative, who offered to waive the charge. I told her that I was not their customer and that they should correct, not waive a charge.

Meanwhile, I discovered that an Autopayment for the $3 was already collected!!!!! You cannot make this up.

Thatโ€™s not the worst of it they are sucking our aquafirs dry! And not paying towns for the water rights.

They are not an American company. Nestle is Swiss.

Do not trust readyrefresh to auto bill you. They added items I did not order, they do not email invoices, you have to check your account, they refused to reverse charges on items on invoices more then 30 days old and they have the nerve to blame the driver.

It takes many calls just to get through to customer service number. They are taking advantage of the lack of competition, the bill just keeps going up.

I have sent two written letters to company headquarters in the last 2 months-- they are a *** show. No response at all.
