ReadyRefresh - WORST Customer Service
I have had Ready Refresh delivered for almost 3 years. Anytime you call and speak to a customer service representative with any questions it is a hit and miss if you're going to get a rude and condescending person on the phone.
I pretty much know by now who the rude woman is now by the sound of her voice. She cuts you off when you're talking, when she does let you talk she huffs and puffs and she clearly sounds like she rather be doing something else than servicing a customer service call. I finally pointed it out to her and called her out on her rudeness... I've had enough of the condescending tone and talking over me when I try to explain what I need.
To top it off, they overcharged me and that was the reason for my call. I have called TWICE to have it resolved and that's when she decided she wanted to huff and puff about me asking for MY money they OVERCHARGED me!!
I finally called back and cancelled. She had the audacity to ask why I wanted to cancel and I told her why.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $30.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
